Andrew Warland MRICS - Director
A member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, Andrew
has over twenty years experience in residential and commercial
property management. Andrew has overall responsibility for
running the business and dealing with matters of policy.
Carol Williamson - Accounts Manager
Carol has been involved in administration for over 18 years and is
responsible for all existing and new clients and tenants accounts. Carol
is also primarily responsible for all block management.
Alison Grinsted - Lettings Manager
Alison has been involved in property management for 3 years and is generally
the first point of contact for all new clients and tenants. Alison is responsible
for all property inspections, tenant viewings, preparation of inventories and
check-ins and check-outs of tenants.
Lynn Lindley-Buckley - Accounts Administrator
Lynn is responsible for all rent receipts and bill payments and for resolving
all accounts queries on behalf of Landlords and Tenants.
Cheryll Honeywill and Louise Spencer - Lettings Administrators
Cheryll and Louise are responsible for vetting all tenancy applications, obtaining
references, preparing tenancy agreements, serving notices and generally ensuring that
applications are processed quickly and efficiently. They also deal with general
enquiries from landlords and tenants. Louise in addition is responsible for ensuring
compliance with Gas and Electricity Safety regulations.
Dawn Goss - Secretary Receptionist
Dawn is usually the first person you will speak to when contacting our office. She
provides the essential back up in our busy office, knows what is going on and can
generally help with your enquiries.
Wendy James - General Administrator
Wendy is jack of all trades. She is responsible for arranging Energy Performance
Certificates and assists with IT, accounts, block management and lettings.
