Meet
the Tuffins team:
Richard Tuffin MRICS - Director
A member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, Richard
has over twenty-five years experience in residential and commercial
property management. Richard has overall responsibility for
running the business and dealing with matters of policy.
Gwyneth Tuffin FCIPD - Director
Gwyneth has a background in personnel and management and is
generally responsible for ensuring that Gas and Electrical Safety
certificates are current, organising repairs and liaising with
landlords and tenants over repairs issues.
Carol Williamson - Accounts Manager
Carol has been involved in administration for over 16 years
and is responsible for all existing and new clients and tenants
accounts. She is the "fount of all knowledge" concerning the
state of all accounts and financial matters. Carol is also responsible
for dealing with enquiries from new potential clients and has
a joint role with Peter Organ in taking on new instructions.
Peter Organ - Lettings Manager
Peter has been involved in property management for 16 years
and is generally the first point of contact for all new clients
and tenants. Peter is responsible for all property inspections,
tenant viewings, preparation of inventories and check-ins and
check-outs of tenants.
Lynn Lindley-Buckley - Accounts Administrator
Lynn has a dual role being responsible for all rent receipts
and bill payments as well as organising repairs and maintenance
of clients' properties, gas and electrical certificates.
Wendy James and Louise Spencer - Lettings Administrators
Wendy and Louise are responsible for vetting all tenancy applications,
obtaining references, preparing tenancy agreements, serving
notices and generally ensuring that applications are processed
quickly and efficiently. They also deal with general enquiries
from landlords and tenants.
Cheryll Honeywill - Secretary Receptionist
Cheryll is usually the first person you will speak to when contacting
our office. She provides the essential back up in our busy office,
knows what is going on and can generally help with your enquiries.
