tenant vetting through an established credit referencing
agency minimises the time from application to occupancy. 6
weeks deposit taken from all tenants to protect landlords
from a tenant's failure to pay the last month's rent.
Accompanied
check-in and check-out procedures to agree condition and
inventory with the tenant help to avoid disputes. Regular
inspections and reports throughout the tenancy to ensure
compliance with the terms of the tenancy.
