Our Lettings Only service is provided to owners who wish to carry out their own management but require assistance in finding suitable tenants, checking their references and setting up the tenancy.

Full Management

Our Full Management service is designed for those owners who prefer the whole letting and management process to be handled by our professional team, perhaps because they want minimal personal involvement with their property during the period in which it is let or because they are unable to deal with it themselves. The extent of the management carried out can vary depending on individual circumstances.

Blocks of Flats Management

This service is specifically designed to handle the management of the common areas and communal services of blocks of flats. We cater for all sizes of premises from a few flats in converted houses to purpose built complexes and tailor the level of management according to the requirements of the flat owners or Residents' Association/Management Company.

Insurances

Through our arrangements with Homelet Insurance Services we are able to offer a range of specialist insurances for Landlords and Tenants to cover buildings, landlord's contents, rental warranty and tenants contents, all at competitive premium rates. Tuffins are fully regulated members of the Financial Services Authority for the conduct of insurance business.

Charges For Management Services

Our charges for the different management services which we provide are unambiguous and will be agreed in writing before management services commence.
