Many insurance companies' policies contain specific exclusions against letting and many landlords and tenants find it difficult to obtain insurance to cover the building and contents whilst the property is let.

In addition, landlords who use our Full Management Service, with approved tenants, are able to obtain Rental Warranty Insurance through our agency with Homelet Insurance Services. Although we take up references on all prospective tenants and take great care to ensure that tenants are reliable and able to pay the rent, a change in the tenant's circumstances sometimes mean that an otherwise good tenant can no longer meet their obligations. The Rental Warranty covers the landlord against any failure by the tenant to pay the rent and at a premium of a maximum of £60.00 (including Insurance Premium Tax) for 6 months' cover, is a small price to pay for complete peace of mind.
