The company was originally set up in 1993 and known as Richard Tuffin & Co Company Ltd, following the buyout of an estate management division of one of the national Estate Agency chains. Tuffin & Co Property Management, under the guidance of Andrew Warland MRICS, who leads with an active operational role within the firm, acquired the business in 2008 and has continued to grow the portfolio of properties.
